WHAT IS A FORESKIN?
When a boy is born his penis is covered with a flap of skin. Presumably, nature put it there to protect the head of the penis.

This is a totally soft penis in it's normally relaxed state with it's head completely covered by the foreskin. You can see that the foreskin comes way out past the head of the penis. This is quite normal.

This also illustrates that one testicle will always hang a little higher than the other. This is so that they won't damage each other.

This shows the start of an erection of the penis as it starts to poke its head out past the natural length of the foreskin.

This is a clear shot of the head of a penis that has always been protected by a foreskin. It has a plum color, whereas as circumsized one will be the color of a person's lips and will also be lined like the lips of the mouth. The head of the penis of a person with a foreskin will be smooth and shiny, like a plum.
You can also see that most of the foreskin has been pulled back along the shaft of the penis. It is still a little floppy.
The foreskin has been completely pulled back along the shaft of the penis, and it looks like the penis of a circumcized man.
This is a fully erect penis. This foreskin is long enough that it continues to cover the head of the penis, even when it is erect.

WHY ARE FORESKINS SO RARE?

Centuries ago certain religions believed that it was necessary to remove this piece of manhood from the boy, and they did it in a religious ritual. Other religions left it intact.

But, in those times it was difficult for people to practise proper hygiene. The 'Saturday Night Bath' was the norm. Baths in between Saturday Nights were rare. Quite often the bathing was done in a community bathhouse. If you were giving proper care and cleansing to your dick and balls, you were considered to be 'playing with yourself' and that was a definite no-no. Not only in a public bathhouse, but even at home if someone happened to see you trying to get totally clean.

And, because of this lack of proper hygiene, a bad thing happened. After the guy climaxed, the semen would get trapped behind the head and under the foreskin and accumulate.
This happened to one of my classmates in high school. I don't think that his foreskin had ever been pulled back until I did it one day while we were playing. This mess laid in there like cottage cheese, and it stunk!

This lack of hygiene has led to many guys losing their dicks because of the problems that this 'smegma' has caused - including cancer. This led parents of newborns to have the foreskin removed in a procedure called 'circumcision'. This is a 5-minute procedure, quite often done without an anesthetic! The doctor pulls the foreskin as far forward as he can and then uses a scalpel like a meat cleaver to cut it off right at the head of the dick. There have been cases where he has nicked the head of the dick. Quite often he doesn't get it all. This is a 5 minute job and his charge for it is well into the hundreds of dollars!

Circumcision should be left up to the owner of the foreskin. In my opinion, he should be over 18 when he makes this decision!

If you practise good hygiene, there is no risk to having a foreskin. This means that every time that you bathe, or shower, that you pull the foreskin back and wash that area with soap and water. In addition, everytime that you finish having sexual intercourse, especially with a condom, that you need to pull the foreskin back and clean that whole area. Practise good hygiene and your dick won't fall off!

Because the head of the dick is extremely sensitive. When you take the foreskin away the head becomes desensitized. It becomes harder to climax, which may be a good thing if you want to 'go all night'.

I've always had a lot of fun with oral sex with a guy with a foreskin and a soft dick. Others have told me about being with guys with a super long foreskin and being able to stick most of their circumsized dick inside of that foreskin.

Unfortunately, once that piece of meat is removed, that's it. You can't get another. If you are born with an extremely oversize foreskin, you might want to have it shortened a bit. But, if you have avoided this butchery then think long and hard before you allow anyone to remove it.
